Clock patch

Hi!

    I recently booted up a IIe equipped with an AE Timemaster clock
card.  The system reported that the date was 1997.  So I ran
"CLOCK.PATCH" to correct the string of seven bytes in the clock
support logic.  But after booting with the patched version of "PRODOS"
the system reported that date was 2008.  Patching the patch fixed the
problem but there's definitely a problem with "CLOCK.PATCH".  I'm
trying to figure out what's going on.
