My apologies--your statement is strictly accurate.
I thought that you were going by the original //e Reference,
which (incorrectly) states that the diagnostic code is from
$C100 to $C2FF and $C400 to $C7FF, which is "accurate"
in the same way as saying that the diagnostic code is in
$0000 to $FFFF. ;-)

Thanks for jogging my memory on this--I knew that I had seen
the code somewhere! Now, if I can just find my copy...
(I was going to mention that it does not contain the actual
self-test code, according to Jim Sather, but you know that. ;-)
