Well, the setup disk is an install disk, however it has an option to do a
"floppy install". It may seem like an oxymoron, but it will put a watered
down installation on a single 3.5" disk.

The 2mg format is a disk image that is most commonly used with IIgs
emulators. If you want to write them to IIgs disks, there are various
programs for the IIgs that will accomplish this. The trick is getting the
file on the IIgs in the first place, and with a floppy setup this may prove
difficult. There are also probably programs that will write the disks on an
old mac. That might be the easier way.
What I would do is look for the games in an .SHK or .SDK file format. The
SDK is a Shrunk Disk Image, which is smaller and easier to manage on the
IIgs than a 2mg. ShrinkIt GS writes them rather nicely.
http://whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za/ has a nice selection of games and apps in
this format. Check it out.

bxy is a ShrinkIt file, which is like the Apple II equivalent of a zip file.
