The FAQ page should be able to tell you how to make the transfer. If
I'm not mistaken, the proper software should still be on Asimov. As
for the cable, I'm sure Bill Garber would be willing to make you one
for a nominal fee. ;-) I know he's been a great help to me with my
Apple //s.
