As already posted on the cc65 mailing list: It's a test if anyone reads these
announcements to the end. So far, you are the only one out of 126781 people in
the newsgroup, who passed the test. Congrats! :-)

P.S.: It's a copy & paste error. I don't write a new announcement for each
release, especially if it's just a minor release. The last sentence was a
relict from the 2.10.0 announcement, which was released just before christmas.
