: I'm in Canada. In spite of "free trade" shipping is still
: expensive. My personal funds are quite erratic (right now
: incoming = outgoing) so I wouldn't be able to afford to pay
: for shipping. If you are in North Dakota, Northern Minnesota,
: Western Wisconsin, or Montana I'd suggest a day trip during
: July or August. We have a lot of local fairs and festivals
: in that time. You could combine business with pleasure.

As fate usually has it, the drives are already as good as
gone. They are being picked up this weekend by someone who
will be in town for a special event.
Thanks for your suggestion.

: In terms of testing the mechanisms, you could always connect
: them to a Mac... Oddly enough I could use a 200MB unit for a
: Mac. I could throw NetBSD on it and test it out. Like Wayne,
: I seem to be a place where people donate their old machines..
: . No Apple// SCSI cards though. ;-)

Thanks again. I hadn't thought of connecting them
to a Mac for testing. I shall do that today to be
sure they work before passing them on. 8o)
