Welp, I do have ProTERM set up with the "Null Modem Driver"; and tried
it using both the regular version and the RTS/CTS version.  Still no
luck.. ProTERM just doesn't like things for some reason.

I'm sure my PC side code is working, because I can run ADT on the //e
and do a disk transfer with my program.  (And my version doesn't max
out my CPU usage like ADT/Win does..)
