Apple ][ as aggregator?

At the moment, I am still having difficulty getting my network to
function, owing to problems with getting a functional MacIP gateway and a
severe lack of time to work on the project, so at the moment this is
theoretical at best...

...But there is a 'new' class of Internet utilities on the scene these
days that seem like they were designed with the Apple ][ in mind:  content
aggregators.  After all, the graphics on the ][ are pretty wretched these
days, so it's not too practical as a web browser.  But all the web people
are rediscovering plain 'ol text, and using Web protocols to move
formatted XML content via RSS.

Well...content is one of the things that the Apple ][ can handle really
well.  After all, how many of us are still using our ]['s to read USENET? 
(I'm not at the moment, but that's only because of the aforementioned
Marinetti difficulties...it would sure be nice to be rid of this Terminal
window on the Mac at the times when I am doing things that the ][ can
do better...)

So I have to ask...is anybody exploring an RSS reader or other aggregator
(Sherlock ][?) for the IIgs?
