I discussed this issue with Rich and I have a 65C02 installed now on a II+
that I'm going to try the card on next week when I get it. Rich had problems
just getting a 65C02 to work in the II+ but I've got plenty of Rockwell
65C02's that I've tested out with prodos.

When I get the CFFA card working in the II+ I'll be sure to post results and
any issues.
