sorry, I cannot help you but I searched for you to ask a small thing:
do you have a disk for erphi AFDC 2/1 controller or a Ehring FDC-4
controller? I have these two controller but miss the disks!
I saw on old post you have an erphi (right?).
If you help me I will be gratefull for all my life!
I cannot find these disks in any place :)
PS-Do you work at an university?
