Milestones (and his other games One Arm Battle and Plunder) were all
released as reliefware, if I remember correctly. He wanted people to
donate money to a charity rather than sending him payment. I'd have
to check the files in the archive again to be sure though.
However, those programs were all freely distributable so should be on
all the major Apple II FTP sites like Trenco and Ground.
