Yes, Copy II Plus version 9 does a fine job
of resorting files when you use the file copy
function. Simply cursor to each file, hit enter
and each one will get a number baswed on the
order in which you want them on the new disk.

Here is an example:

1 PRODOS
3 BASIC.SYSTEM
2 YOURPROG.SYSTEM
5 DOCS.TXT
4 ANYTHING.DSK

This will yield a new disk with the
files in the order:

1 PRODOS
2 YOURPROG.SYSTEM
3 BASIC.SYSTEM
4 ANYTHING.DSK
5 DOCS.TXT

ShrinkIt 3.4 can also do it, but you
would have to copy each file individually.
Copy II Plus will do it one shot.
