Use the ProDOS utilites to copy a disk.
It recognizes the Pascal format.
And yes, it is a 16 sector disk.
In fact, unless I really am senile, 16 sectors started with Pascal.

I tried using ADT and it doesn't like the disk format, so it's
probably not a 16-sector disk or something.
Anyone know how to back these up?
