I've had some luck - I went back and downloaded the Echo II software,
including the disks with the "stacks" voc1/voc2 and the circus ones.
The Circus ones don't seem to be the same format.
But I figured out how to split off the phrases, which are listed in
the text document, and feed them using CALL SAY in TI Extended Basic.
Except for the 255 character limitation on string variables, most of
the phrases sound pretty good. A few have glitches, which may be
blamed on the "bug" on the TI speech chip used in the 4A that was
designed with a flaw in the LPC routines for a particular
co-efficient. Or it might just be my program.
