Well, if Window's scheduler (which I've never used) can send an Alt-O
(to activate the Online menu) followed by an N (to activate the Get
New Headers in Subscribed Groups menu item) and have the settings for
the subscribed groups set to automatically download message bodies
instead of just the headers, then it will work.  There is no
accelerator key for the Get New Headers menu item so you can't just
send that.
