Most any of the ISA cards work in a PC with ISA card slot. I've heard
people tell me that the Copy II PC Option board willnot work in a faster
machine, but I've run it inmy fastest CPU machine, a PII 400 without any
wierd things happening. It does process the disk a bunch faster though. :)
Does anything unusual need to be done to make the TrakStar 128e
work in a modern (Pentium) machine? Cache disabled?
I was afraid that I'd need to resurrect a 386 machine to make it work. ;-)
I have a similar question about the PC Localtalk card--it claims to
work on "up to 25MHz" 386-based systems. Will it work properly
on more modern, faster systems?
