Re: Parallel zip drive on a IIe

I am not a coder (yet). Used to be 25 yesrs ago but it has been too long and not enough skill at it. I was just wondering if it would work with the newer apple parallel card and if anyone had done something like that already.

I've thought about it a lot. I have schematics
for several homebrew devices that work on PC's
parallel port, but the big problem will be the
software driver. If you can program fairly well
in Assembly, then by all means, find a parallel
adapter card for the Apple II that is bidirectional
and have at it. 8o)
