If you are using Outlook Express-

keep downloading headers until you have the full set,
Click on the subject bar so they all line up in order,
turn off your preview pane-(view,layout,preview off)
highlight the first header then hold down shift and highlight the last
(which highlights them all)
click on message, combine and decode and then click okay on the popup box,
it will download and combine into one email with attachments,
save attachments to your desktop or wherever,
thats it.
