Brad, I may have some of the software you are looking for ... an ex
apple bench tech gave me a pile of stuff and there were apple
diagnostic disks included ... may take me a bit to wade through the
stuff and setup an environment to make disk images ...

If I havn't gotten back to you in a few days email me ...
