    Willi,  

          There is 4.0.  It's ProDOS 2.03 (I got it off one of my Apple
Dev CD's).  However only the startup menu says it's 4.0.  When you go
into the unitls it says it's Util 3.2.  I can upload the disk image to
web side tomorrow if you need it.
