...he seems to know how to do it and we will see if he mucks thru on
it...anyway here is the link on the hardware/status/blog on his site

we expect like 6 to 10 inches of snow tonite..so i may be trapped out here
by the airport ..joy..joy...not much new....prob gonna make that jump to the
other job sometime between now and this May...

all my whining about what to do may have been a moot point..in that i
recently found out they have FT overnite awake jobs open at other
houses..the place i'm thinking about leaving and they could have told me
about...but did not..i assume because ..they assume that i'm stuck
here...cause they pay higher then everyone else ...so i can lump it....so
knowing what they know about how we get along at this house by the airport
and not offering me awake overnites at the other houses as they open..i
guess that tells me it is time to bolt....of course they will be shocked
that i had the balls to bolt..and try to get me back...but nada...never
assume a disatisfied employee will stay in a rut just for more $$$..that is
how my dad gets people..
and keeps them in the boonies..treat em well and be flexible...of course if
i was a typical us citizen..i'd have like 10k in credit card debt, still
have a 30yr mortgage, and new car payments...so yeah their viewpoint would
prob work..but i'm in  a hole but not the typical deep one like that



gives one great incentive to get house wired better .....for the rental
license however...

prob time i played landlord anyway...

hey... 4 days on..like sunday thru wens one week and sat thru tues next
week..i would have consistently have a thurs and  friday off every
week...gee...i could even get a life..start the wens parties up again
right...only on friday instead..me sitting at home with chips and dip and no
one would come over..sigh..but wait..i could start a friday nite retro
computer club for losers..er i mean 'enlightened' types..me and sasse
sitting around watching friday reruns of friday...mourning its departure...

oh well thurs/friday consistently off means laundry will be less of a hassle
to do i guess

my goals are modest

whatever...the above site also has what he is trying to do for a portable gs
kit..including a cffa ebedded board a //c+ top a ground down //gs bottom or
some such it is on his site..i hope he actually does some of this stuff
