The Microsoft Softcard and its clones do not.  Apple sold a special version
of the Softcard that worked in the ///.

It's possible that some of the other CP/M cards that used on-board
memory rather than DMA to the Apple ][ memory might theoretically work
in an Apple ///, but probably only when the /// is in ][ emulation mode.
