Programming Languages on Apple II

I was curious about how many and what programming languages (or
compiler/intreptors) existed for the Apple II? Of course there was
Apple Machine Code, BASIC, and Pascal. LOGO, too, if you want to
count that. Was there C compilers? How about something like LISP?
