$26 for a 6.3x3.9" double-sided board with plated through-holes, solder mask
on both sides, and silkscreen on the component side.  If your layout is
small enough, you can have it panelized & cut apart.  The beer-fridge
adapter I built a while back (but still haven't gotten around to posting on
my website) was small enough (about 1x1.5") that I got a dozen boards from
them for $30something, shipped.  I have two of them assembled and running
with no problems.

They take EAGLE files directly, or you can send Gerber and Excellon files
from whatever app you're using.
