Looks like you're missing issues 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 30, 31 and 48 which
I have. I can likely help with missing pages as well if I knew which
ones were needed. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see an email address
for Jason so where do I send them. Also it'd be good to know if someone
else was in the process of sending some of them in
