Don't know--but are you sure it isn't "slotware"?  (There was a
"governor" card made to slow down an Apple II...)

Either a regular 5.25" Apple-compatible or a PC-compatible made
for the AE PC Trancporter.  Someone here who's used one will tell
us.

Sounds like a //e 64K (+ 80-column) card.

It's an 80-column card for the Apple II or II+, probably Videx-compatible.

A RAM expansion card for the Apple II or II+, probably 32KB, but
would need the number and type of the DRAM chips to be sure.

Any of the era's RGB monitors should work, if you can get the cable
right.
