I'd disagree. I don't believe any RFI Apple II had 16k jumpier blocks
The keyboard apears to be before the separate keyboard encoder.
The pastic case is an early model. Notice the way it's molded around
the lid hold downs.
It does have II+ ROMs but that's a common update
Looks rev 3 0r 4 ish
