I'm curious, can an Apple II or IIGS game that doesn't specifically mention
that it can be installed on a hard-drive be installed on (and run from) one?
For example, Neuromancer. It works fine (but slowly) on my IIGS when booting
from the floppy and I wanted to try putting on my hard-drive to speed up the
disk access. Copied it over into a folder and then launched it. All I got
was a blue screen and an odd scrolling message about "corrupted memory" and
a possible software bug or bad ram, and I wasn't sure if this was from
trying to run it from the hard-drive or if something else was going on.
Thanks,
