Download http://www.fadden.com/killram.shk for a ProDOS 8 utility that
does the trick. I used to launch this from ProSel-8.
Looking at the (trivial) code, it appears to make a #0909 toolbox call.
I don't have my IIgs manuals handy so I'm not sure what that is.
You can also Ctrl-OpenApple-ClosedApple-Reset(?) to start the self test
and then Ctrl-OpenApple-Reset to reboot shortly after it starts.
