Except that one has the axial leads which, I've been led to understand, makes installing it into a ROM01 easier. The other one has the "button" and snaps easily into the ROM03. Both of these, however, are overpriced.
I just did a search (on the site) for Apple. Came up with a bunch of Macs - chose one of the antediluvian models...
