HFS Zip Disks

I have some Zip disks that I made with my //gs formatted in HFS. I've
hooked my Zip drive to my PC to transfer those files over, but I haven't
found a suitable program that reads HFS. Anyone know of a good one? Or is
the //gs HFS formatted disks not compatible with newer HFS or something?
