Might I suggest the Auxilary slot? At least in the IIe, as it has all
the video and memory signals available. The GS is a tougher call. You
have RGB, so depending on the synch signals, you might be able build
an external box to double the horizonal scan to get to 640X400, and
that would work with many VGA monitors.
Or maybe we should skip VGA, and go to DVI for flat screens. Where is
the spec for a DVI pinout?
