I am considering writing a ProDOS Forth83 and am
now researching the project by collecting Forths
for the Apple II.  So far I have:

* QForth (source)
* Mad Apple Forth (source)
* Purple Forth (source)
* Uniforth sampler (no source)
* FigForth78 (generic 6502 source)
* F83X (no 6502 source)
* GraForth with manuals (no source)
* Metacrafts Forth with manual (no source)

I'd be interested in any others you may know about.
