For the SYS file to patch ProDOS's clock driver, as I expect
it is supposed to, it will need to be the _first_ SYS file in the
root directory. That will cause ProDOS to run it at boot time,
then it, no doubt, will finish by loading the _next_ SYS file,
which, in this case, will be BASIC.SYSTEM.
You can make it first by copying it to a disk before copying
BASIC.SYSTEM, or by using a utility to re-arrange the
directory order.
