If you have a flat-bed scanner I would appreciate
a nice scan of each side of this card. It looks
like it is connected to the speaker connector and
also to the Ensoniq port. There is no de-muxer on
the card, from what I can tell, so I can't be sure
it is actually separating the channels or not. I'd
love to see one of these. To answer your question,
the GS doesn't have an actual sound card on it. It
is a digitizer chip like the one in a midi keyboard.
What the card is doing is extracting the signals
from the Ensoniq and amplifying them slightly, then
outputting them through the headphone jack.
