A pox on text-mode transfers!

Sorry about that, the web server doesn't have a MIME setting for 
ShrinkIt files so it assumes it's a text file. Some browsers (I'm 
looking at you Netscape) will try and do a text translation even if you 
tell them to download the file rather that viewing it.

The above like should work now. The bin extension is commonly used (e.g. 
by MacBinary) so everyone knows to treat it as a binary file. Just 
remember that it's really a ShrinkIt file.

Or you could just get it from Bill's site (thanks Bill!).
