No, the Tc Wilson ones will not be versions of my program "Selector".
At least, not that I know of. He might have modified my code for all
I know. :-)
What happened was that after I wrote that launcher and released it, I
found out that the name had already been used by one or more others
but it wasn't worth the bother to rename it and upload a new version.
In fact, the only reason I released it was because of a similar
question to the one that brought me into this thread. Someone asked
about the problem, I replied with the reason it happened and mentioned
I had incorporated the fix into a program selector that I had written.
When he asked if he could get a copy I had to take a couple days to
fix up the code to get it to a state that I was happy releasing.
Those were a couple of fun days, though. :-)
I've also had a few emulator users e-mail me that they have been
making great use of that selector program to allow them to run more
DOS 3.3 games from their large, ProDOS formatted, disk images.
