Ahhh, Thank you all very much!
So it's simply a protected area and if I
want to 'load' anything there, I gotta do
it the old fashioned way. Either draw
it or load the file elsewhere in memory
and do a move 1 line at a time so as not
to overwrite the DOS bytes.
