I'd certainly agree with pause/break for reset. I assume you mean
the 'windows' key for open apple. Not sure why you'd choose Shift-F10
for Option, that'd make typing option-<key> strokes a little hard...

To support those who prefer pre 104 key keyboards, I'd probably map
Open-Apple and Option to the left and right alt keys respectively,
although it would be quite nice to be able to map Open-Apple to 
the windows key, and Option to escape to get both modifiers beside
each other ala the platinum series II's.
