I never tried calling the Wazaboo BBS because it's long distance.
That would be a lot to pay per minute.. 

But I just found out that my local phone company (In Connecticut,
SBC/SNET) has a new plan that I signed up for.  It's an "all you can
eat" plan.  $60/month and I get to call anywhere in the USA as long as
I want at no extra cost.  So I can call long distance BBS's and not
worry about how much it will cost.

I just tried your number and it's not up/running.  I see your last
post was in June so that's quite a while ago- almost 6 months.

Maybe more phone companies will offer this kind of service; that might
drive up long-distance BBS calling a bit.. For those that still do
that sort of thing.  I gave up on phone-line BBS's mainly because I
would only call local boards, and there's hardly any near me --
probably none.

Any plans on setting up Wazaboo again?
