When the IIgs was still a new system some people used the
slinky card as a RAMdisk because if the system crashed it
did not tend to lose your files the same way /RAM5 did.
Not sure if this was back in ProDOS-16 days or early GS/OS
days. I read about this in Open-Apple/A2-Central.
