.BSQ should be BinSCII.  You should be able to find a BinSCII application
for the IIe, or just unpack it on the PC before copying it over (look for
"sciibin" on the net).

I'm not sure about a .GZ unpacker on a IIe -- the memory requirements for
unpacking "deflate" might be too great -- so unpack that on the PC first.
gzip, winzip, most any recent archive application will handle it.
