Pretty much.. I remember having a 486/66 system playing MP3 files
under Windows NT. The CPU usage was around 75 or 80%.
It took a few computer upgrades before the CPU usage was negligible.
Now it doesn't even register on my CPU meter (Win2K task manager.)
