Unfortunately, that email is several years old and no longer exists. 
I was in contact with him and was actually in the middle of a
conversation when he "disappeared" several years ago.  He abruptly
vanished and I've never heard from him since, despite my sending
numerous emails to that address while it still worked.  I too wanted
access to his source code cuz he was the only one who had decent
Double High Res.  I've since reverse engineered it at
