Apple IIc

If anyone has the IIc version $03 or $04 rom on
file, I need it for a project. Must be a binary file
of 32k, I would assume, since the $00 version is.
Also, if anyone knows what type of chip the prom
on the Disk II controllers is, so far I found one with
TBP82L22N on it, please let me know. Thanks.
