The cache may give you a better transition of data,
but to increase speed you'll need a faster crystal.
What speed crystal do you have now. I'm getting
some 32 mHz 1/2 size crystals and might go to 40's
if I can get them. I realize now that I have the 32k
cache and the v1.8 rom installed. I also got my
connectors and built a cable. Have parts enough for
2 more cables as well. Also bought extra eeproms
for the replacement of the X2444P.
