Hi Frank,

I ordered a 32K replacement piggyback daughterboard for TWGS from
Joachim Lange of ///SHH Systeme a few months ago. He was able to
provide me the v1.8 ROM (already burned) himself. I received the
daughterboard with the ROM already installed. To my knowledge, he has
not posted any mention of the availability of the ROM on his web site.
I seem to remember him announcing it in csa2 a few years ago, though.
I placed my order on 3/23/2003, and the prices were:
TWGS Cache 32K Option C ("almost plug-and-play") US $49
Firmware EPROM v1.8s for TWGS Cache 32K US $12
Shipping for 2 items to US: US $10

It did take about a month to receive the shipment after I sent my
payment. Besides the delay of shipping from Germany, he was
experiencing other delays due to personal reasons. However, everything
arrived as promised, and it's worked very well.

(Since the TWGS is already a daughterboard/daughtercard, shouldn't the
cache board be a granddaughterboard?)

Good luck.
