APW was mostly, if not completely, written by Mike Westerfield of the
ByteWorks.  He also wrote the Orca environment and languages.
However, the Orca stuff was updated far beyond what APW ever was and
works way better so if you want to do any real programming on the IIgs
you are better off getting the Orca stuff.
