DiskDup+ is the best.
You can run an older version Fetch (FTP app) on almost any 68K Mac...
probably the best bet for downloading files in the first place.
Also handy to have is ProType (gets rid of Mac resource forks and
corrects filetypes for Apple II).
Best bet is to run System 7.5.5 or earlier on your Mac.
