The disk images on Asimov are not shrunk in the ShrinkIt sense, you'll
need Asimov (GS only) or similar utility to un-image them (disk images
are mainly useful for emulators).

Don't know about Zlink, but ShrinikIt is pretty straight-forward (all
the commands are shown on-screen), I think the only trick is to hit
[open apple - A] when the directory catalog comes up (this shows all
unshrinkable files). 

As far as downloading from the net, I've only used ProTERM for that, but
I found that using Zmodem Binary is the best method; Xmodem seems to be
less reliable. Also, some sites seemingly have better quality control
than others, so the problem might be that the archives you are
downloading are corrupt.
